Children's Services, Adult Services and Complex Support, each delivered with the same warmth, professionalism and attention to the individual.
At Millie's, we provide compassionate, person-centred support for children and young people with a wide range of assessed care and support needs, including those who require more complex or intensive packages of support. Every package begins with understanding the individual: their needs, experiences, strengths, routines, communication, relationships and aspirations.
Our approach is child-centred, trauma-informed and safeguarding-led. Rather than asking a young person to fit around a service, we build the support around them.
Who We Support
At Millie's, we provide care and support for adults with a wide range of needs, from help with everyday life through to more complex packages of care. We take time to get to know each person before their support starts: what they need help with, what they can already do for themselves, and what they want to achieve. From there, we build the support around them.
Whatever the level of support, our focus is on helping people live as independently as possible while feeling safe, respected and in control of their own lives.
Who We SupportAt Millie's, we provide tailored support for children, young people and adults with complex and multiple needs. Complex care is about much more than a diagnosis or a list of clinical needs, it's about understanding the person as a whole: how they communicate, what makes them feel safe, their routines, relationships, health needs and what they want from their life.
Every package starts with a detailed assessment, working with the individual, their family and the professionals already involved in their care to build the right team around them.
